Program description
RevLane sends text messages on behalf of automotive repair shops and mobile mechanics to their customers. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle inspection results, repair estimates for approval, repair status updates, invoices and payment receipts, and replies to customer questions.
How you opt in
You agree to receive texts when you give your mobile number to your shop and agree to receive service messages: when booking online, filling out a service request form, or in person at the shop. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START.
